Effective May 31, 2026, 5,152 MMBtu of FTS-1 capacity contracted with 
Black Hills Energy Services Company ("Black Hills") will terminate under Transportation 
Agreement FT-615.  Pursuant to Rate Schedule FTS-1 of MIGC's FERC Gas 
Tariff (Tariff), Black Hills has a Right of First Refusal for contract rollover.

If Black Hills wishes to extend the term of Agreement FT-615, Black Hills must notify

to determine the applicable Right of First Refusal procedures outlined in 
MIGC's Tariff.
