Effective March 31, 2026, 60,000 MMBtu of FTS-1 capacity contracted with 
Tenaska Marketing Ventures ("Tenaska") will terminate under Transportation 
Agreement FT-668.  Pursuant to Rate Schedule FTS-1 of MIGC's FERC Gas 
Tariff (Tariff), Tenaska has a Right of First Refusal for contract rollover.

If Tenaska wishes to extend the term of Agreement FT-668, Tenaska must notify

to determine the applicable Right of First Refusal procedures outlined in 
MIGC's Tariff.
