Effective January 1, 2026, for new Firm Transportation agreements, amendments to existing Firm Transportation agreements and renewals of existing Firm Transportation agreements, the RC (Reservation Charge) will be replaced by a Demand Rate pursuant to Rate Schedule FTS-1. This change will result in Firm Transportation being provided on a take or pay basis.
