Effective May 31, 2026, 12,500 MMBtu of FTS-1 capacity contracted with 
Concord Energy, LLC ("Concord") will terminate under Transportation 
Agreement FT-675.  Pursuant to Rate Schedule FTS-1 of MIGC's FERC Gas 
Tariff (Tariff), Concord has a Right of First Refusal for contract rollover.

If Concord wishes to extend the term of Agreement FT-675, Concord must notify

to determine the applicable Right of First Refusal procedures outlined in 
MIGC's Tariff.
