Effective May 31, 2026, 113 MMBtu of FTS-1 capacity contracted with 
United Energy Trading LLC ("United") will terminate under Transportation 
Agreement FT-671.  Pursuant to Rate Schedule FTS-1 of MIGC's FERC Gas 
Tariff (Tariff), United has a Right of First Refusal for contract rollover.

If United wishes to extend the term of Agreement FT-671, United must notify

to determine the applicable Right of First Refusal procedures outlined in 
MIGC's Tariff.
