Effective May 31, 2026, 1,128 MMBtu of FTS-1 capacity contracted with 
Archer Energy LLC ("Archer Energy") will terminate under Transportation 
Agreement FT-649.  Pursuant to Rate Schedule FTS-1 of MIGC's FERC Gas 
Tariff (Tariff), Archer Energy has a Right of First Refusal for contract rollover.

If Archer Energy wishes to extend the term of Agreement FT-649, Archer Energy must notify

to determine the applicable Right of First Refusal procedures outlined in 
MIGC's Tariff.
