Effective May 31, 2026, 2,400 MMBtu of FTS-1 capacity contracted with 
Vista Energy Marketing, L.P. ("Vista") will terminate under 
Transportation Agreement FT-629.  Pursuant to Rate Schedule FTS-1 of 
MIGC's FERC Gas Tariff (Tariff), Vista has a Right of First Refusal for 
contract rollover.

If Vista wishes to extend the term of Agreement FT-629, Vista must notify

to determine the applicable Right of First Refusal procedures outlined in 
MIGC's Tariff.
