Please be advised that MIGC does not provide interactive web site services as 
set forth by the North American Energy Standards Board.  The Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission granted MIGC an extension of time to implement an 
interactive web site until a Part 284 customer requests that MIGC offer 
transactions via its web site in Docket No. RP00-181-000.

Pursuant to this order, MIGC will not require an EDI Agreement from its Shippers
or Replacement or Prearranged Shippers as stated in Sections 17.3 and 22 of
MIGC, Inc.'s FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, until such time as 
MIGC provides an interactive web site.
