MIGC, Inc.'s current delivery capability to Wyoming Interstate 
Gas Company at Antelope is 79,000 MMBtu per day.  MIGC has
decided to proceed with upgrading the meter at this delivery point to 
an estimated capacity of up to 240,000 MMBtu per day at a 1000#
delivery pressure. At such time as construction nears completion and
the actual capacity can be determined, MIGC will offer this capacity to
