FORCE MAJEURE NOTICE



April 26, 2004

Beginning on Sunday, April 25, 2004, MIGC, Inc. (MIGC) experienced a mechanical 
failure at its Platte River turbine, and is unable to deliver all of the contracted firm 
quantities scheduled from MIGC on the south end of its system for a period until 
Tuesday, April 27, 2004 at 12 pm MST.

Pursuant to Section 9 of the Transportation General Terms and Conditions to the FERC 
Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1 of MIGC, Inc., the failure of the turbine is not 
within the control of MIGC and is a force majeure event affecting MIGC's ability to 
deliver full contracted firm quantities to the south end of the MIGC system under 
executed Transportation Service Agreements.  Shippers whose nominations are affected 
by this event will be contacted regarding the impact to individual shippers.
