Capacity Constraint Notice

Sept 11th, 2007

Beginning on Monday, September 10th, MIGC, Inc. (MIGC) experienced unexpected large quantities 
of water with the start up of the Python compressor station. The unexpected water increase resulted 
in the reduction of downstream pipeline capacity as the gas was unable to meet downstream pipeline water
specifications.  

Downstream pipelines are expected to be taking nominations 4th cycle for Tuesday, Sept 11th, 2007.
