MIGC's mainline compression at Platte River will be unavailable for portions of March 16, 2006
due to compressor tests by MIGC.  Capacity curtailments are expected for deliveries into WIC
at Antelope for portions of March 16, 2006.  Other deliveries will be unaffected.  Please
