MIGC, Inc. is evaluating the possibility of expanding the southern end of its 
mainline to accommodate increased access to gas supply in the vicinity 
of MIGC's pipeline system.  This expansion may include additional compression,
looping of its mainline, or a combination of both.  MIGC will guage the amount of
additional capacity and the location of this possible expansion based upon
