Effective January 31, 2011, 45,000 MMBtu and 40,000 MMBtu of FTS-1 mainline capacity 
contracted with Western Gas Resources, Inc. (WGR) will expire under Contracts 231 
and 288, respectively.  Pursuant to Rate Schedule FTS-1 of MIGC's FERC Gas Tariff,
Second Revised Volume No. 1 (Tariff),  WGR has a Right of First Refusal
for contract rollover.

If WGR wishes to extend the terms of Contracts 231 and 288, WGR should notify Chris
Wilson at (720) 929-6061 to determine the applicable Right of First Refusal procedures 
outlined in MIGC's Tariff.
