Effective August 1, 2007, 45,000 MMBtu of FTS-1 mainline capacity 
contracted with Western Gas Resources, Inc. (WGR) will expire under 
Contract 231.  Pursuant to Rate Schedule FTS-1 of MIGC's FERC Gas Tariff,
First Revised Volume No. 1 (Tariff),  WGR has a Right of First Refusal
for contract rollover.

If WGR wishes to extend the term of Contract 231, WGR should notify Chris
Odell at (303) 252-6062 to determine the the Right of First Refusal procedures 
outlined in MIGC's Tariff.
