Effective Jan 1, 2008, 5,000 MMBtu of FTS-1 mainline capacity 
contracted with KFx PLANT,LLC (KFx) will expire under 
Contract 273.  Pursuant to Rate Schedule FTS-1 of MIGC's FERC Gas Tariff,
First Revised Volume No. 1 (Tariff),  KFx has a Right of First Refusal
for contract rollover.

If KFx wishes to extend the term of Contract 273, KFx should notify Shannon Swanson at 303-929-6036 to determine the the Right of First Refusal procedures 
outlined in MIGC's Tariff.
