In April, 2007 MIGC, Inc. filed a prior notice application to install compression
to increase the pipeline capacity to 175,000 mcf/d.  MIGC conducted an open season
for the expansion which was fully subscribed. No protests were filed for the 
application. On July 16th, MIGC began construction of the Python compressor station.
Construction is expected to be completed September 1st, 2007.  If you would like
