FORCE MAJEURE NOTICE



May 1, 2008

Beginning on Thursday, May 1st, 2008, MIGC, Inc. (MIGC) experienced a power outage at Wright Substation and is unable to deliver all of the contracted firm quantities scheduled from MIGC on the south end of its system for a period until Friday, May 2nd, 2008 at 8am MST.

Pursuant to Section 9 of the Transportation General Terms and Conditions to the FERC 
Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1 of MIGC, Inc., this power outage is a failure of a third party necessary to performance and is not within the control of MIGC.  The outage is a force majeure event affecting MIGC's ability to deliver full contracted firm quantities to the south end of the MIGC system under executed Transportation Service Agreements.  Shippers whose nominations are affected by this event will be contacted regarding the impact to individual shippers.
